Hi all,
what is the diff?

I recentnly obtained a PFC from an ITR ...

I then checked the ECU against my std one from the EM1 which is a obd2b.

the 4 plugs are the same on both ecu.. but the pin arrangments are different..

Vice Verser Arrangement
on the AUDM ITR PFC the 2nd plug filled, 4th empty..
on the B16A2 99 the 2nd plug empty, 4th filled..

Is this the OBD2A and OBD2B difference?

OK... and if so...

which conversion harness do i need if i am going to run an Em1 engine harness?
obd2a to obd2b? or obd2a to obd2b?

thanks peoples..

Check these links,

ECU pinouts (http://www.turbod16.com/viewtopic.php?t=3572)

Conversion Harness (http://www.full-race.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=148_150&products_id=276)

For my money,I'd be repinning,cut & soldering.

thanks the the link tinker...

its only so i could sell the harness, ecu as a package if i decide to sell my engine.. and would also save me from waiting for delivery..

the engine harness is about 250 is is crazy... but might save generate me an easier sale in the long run

Good question. I would like to know too, just incase i do a 99+ swap for anyone.

Or you could always be a man and match the wires up yourself, i've done it a couple of times from obd1 to obd2 :P
