Hey guys, as a few of you know, i have done an engine swap in my gsi integra. basicly its a 96 vtir bottom end with a 98 type r head running off a chipped obd2 jdm type r ecu.
My problem is that it is over fueling, as alot of black smoke is comming out when i really push the car, and no - its deffinatly not white or grey from oil.
I have used a few parts from my b18b that could be interfearing with its fueling. Saddly the headders are still stock along with the fuel rail and injectors (but will soon be upgradded). the injectors are obd2.
My main concern is the fuel purge tank. It's from the b18b set up. I've only got one vaccume line on it where the b18b engine used two - one on the intake manifold (being used now) and one on the top of the throttle body (not in use - as the itr t.b doesnt have a vacume port)
so i was wondering if the fuel purge tank would make my car over fuel, or would it simply be the chip in the ecu??
Any help is much apreciated....
