Did you guys have to get your gards rolled up??? Cause I currenly have 17" rims on and sometimes driving fast over humps and stuff the back hits the gards I'm assuming... and I'm planning to lower my car soon. Would I need to roll up my gards??? Has anyone done it before???

If you got the right offset on your 17" it shouldn't rub at all....

u dun need to roll if u got a gay rims with correct offset as that's only for stocky ppl.
if u want yr rims line up or closer to the guards, u need some aggressive/incorrect offset and therefore u need to roll yr guard

I got 17x7 +42 and it doesn't rub on anything... the only problem is i need to put 3mm spacers at the front cause the rims is touching the brake caliper. But no rubbing, no hitting the guards.. nothing... :)

My GF's jazz has 17's and is lowered 30mm, plus 50(ish)kg's of stereo equipment and only scrubs when it has 3 people in the back. looks dam tough tho hahahaha

correct offset depending on the design of the rim

yes your right stealth.. not perfect for the front.. i put 3mm spacers.. so in theory.. the +42 became +39 offset... which clears the callipers... and still no rubbing.. :)

well i guess.. each jazz has different behavior.. cause my 17" rims are Lenso Shu 17x7 +42 offset... with 3mm spacers at the front and it dont cause me any troubles. It even helped me clear my driveway.. ehhehehee :)

Basically i got two sets of rims... one is Buddyclub P1 Racing II+ in 15x7 +35 offset no spacers needed and a set of Lenso Shu's in 17x7 +42 offset, spacers needed for the front to clear the calipers.

So "QuintessentiaLs" you make the conclusions... :)
