did the blue dc5r ever come wwith red recaros factory??

I was under the impression they could only get them in blue and black.

Yeah, I know that deals can organise different coloured seats, if the owner really wants them. The previous owner of my DC2R wanted black seats and had to wait a month for them to come from Japan!

Any blue dc5 owners here that actually bought their car from the dealership new? What were the colour schemes offered?

Mate bought his blue 2003 dc5r from the dealer, got blue sr3's and blue trims/carpet.

Blue DC5R comes with blue recaro ONLY
Red, Silver DC5R come with black recaro
White and Black DC5R come with red recaro

There is no option to choose different recaro colours in Australia, you can choose your own recaro in Jap though :D

bought the ones i have had new. didnt get the choice with either black=red, white=red

yeh i think erictufa was right... thats wot it says on the catalogue and dont think u can make a change to that... which i think is not so cool, even thou I love the red sits on mine but i think blue in a CW would look awsome too.

and i do envy the japanese.. man they just PUT their customer FIRST i am tellin ya... they can have most of things in their wish. so makes abit unique.

u know, ive always wondered wat my black car would look like if all the red trim and the pair of red recaros were replaced with blue... interesting!! anyone willing to trade blue dc5r interior trim and blue recaros with red trim and red recaros??? :p
