Hello all just signed up for OZhonda and thought i would start here :p
Well Firstly

Well made 202 HP ATW with the 75 shot but it was a cold day so the bottle didn't warm up to it's propper operating temperature, also the car has 2 degrees of timing just to make it nice and safe .

Nah nothing yet.. Notice the pics were taken before i put my clutch and extractors in if u's have noticed (heatshield).

But i'm going to get my car resprayed in the next couple of months prob in aug when i go snowies as i won't need my car for a week . my car is really really bad damn RED cars!

How does the nos go? Ive always considered it on mine!

One problem though, what will police do to you if caught? Ive heard it is a $1200/cyl fine for each cyl connected... meaning 4x1200!!! What is the fine for connected bottle?

i have been pulled over told them i have no nitorus it's just for show and they let me go...

Well the car goes awsome if u look at my dyno sheet power is made really quickly if u look at how it curves up.

Anyways not like boost you don't have to wait once you use it it's there no lag. when i had the 50 shot i could yous it 1st 2nd 3 rd gears no probs as long as i didn't use it under 3000rpm. now with the 75 shot it's too much wheel spin in 1st so i only use it in 2nd. plus ur car revs twice as quick so in 1st i can't change quick enough

how do the police notice you have nos ...

or is it random when they chekc under the bonnet ?

Well i have a NX bottle as u can see.

BOC gas doesn't fill up a bottle that isn't theres it's illegal. But i know the guy that owns OZnos and he fills my bottle for 110. eEpensive YES but i rarely use it i have been on the same bottle since i dynoed my car which was 2 months ago. a 10lb bottle on 75 shot u can get like 6 1/4 mile runs easily

i just say to the police that the bottle doesn't meet australian standards so it's illegal for anyone in aus to fill my bottle so they won't do it . so it's hooked up but no nitrous

i've been considering it for my car, but dont know how safe its to run on a stock b16a2, if ur increasing air with the nos are u using anything like a fuel pressure regulator to increase fuel as well, what do u rekon?
how much did the kit cost?

i don't have a fuel reg don't need one.

My engine is stock , NX make these kits to run on standard engines and fuel system and they say you don't have to change the timing. (but my mechanic took 2 degrees off) if there isn't enough fuel pressure the nitrous won't activate there is a fuel cut off switch .

My mechanic wouldn't install this kit or run it if he knew it wasn't safe he built cars eg. VL calais JETF18 9.48 1/4 and 2nd fastes pulsar et in australia 11.7 check full boost his name is tony. so he wouldn't want my engine blowing up i can tell you that

oh yeh forgot to mention 75 HP would be the max shot i could install to my car then anything higher i would have to change pistons and do some internal worl and a whole new fuel system just for the nitrous.

Well the kit i got from the US from one of my mates there ... but a similar kit here i got quoted 4500 that was at Cand V performace in syd i think? and installation is a pain in the ass.

its probably not hard to paint the solenoid/tubing & hide the nos bottle. Even so, you should have a quick disconnect function that allows you to get it out quickly...
