Hi all
i just sold my civic and bought a Integra VTIR, picking it up on monday 8)
i want to get as much information as i can to know more about my car and upgrade info!!
anyway, my car is a 94 Integra VTIR, with 145000 on the clock, already got 17inch mags and lowered, have sun roof :D and alteza :P (will change back to stock right after i pick her up), got her for $14100, is that a right price at this range?
for personal, i want to do a JDM front change, and then do some performance, got around 10000 to spend, whats u guys suggestion?

my previous car is a 1988 honda civic, have IHE, suspension, wheels etc.
first time to drive VTEC :D

anyway...with $10,000 you can get yourself suspension mods, then perhaps ITR internals

might look out for you on the road, there's more and more dc2 vtir here around sunnybank...

yeah honda wreckers once quoted me 10k for a full type R conversion

but for an extra 10k i'd get a type R for sure, plus prob still have some cash leftover for other stuff

I've bought a teg VtiR last week too. It too was a '94 white and in clean stock condition. It had 119,000Kms. I paid $14800 for it.

For me I bought the teg VtiR on a GSi budget. I was seriously looking around for a GSi, but ended up with a VtiR. For around $25Kish I saw some JDM type R around for that price.

I just got my dc2r yesterday for just under $24K about 96K on the clock pretty much stock. Hehe i use to like driving but now i looooove driving. :D

22k, jdm type r, exactly what your after :D ceper on the forums i think is selling it in melb. not sure if you can register it in qld tho coz its a rebuild.

as for performance parts, just go for some sussy upgrades, i/h/e i guess :D

yep... extra 8 grand woulda got u ceper's JDM dc2r for 22 g's. saves u from doing a conversion and u got the real JDM motor... plus less kms, newer model... meaner vtec...

with 10k though... do u wanna turbo?

seriously, how come all u guys can find good deals and JDM ITR, i can't find any, the cheapest NON JDM ITR i found is about 30k, and dont even mention about JDM ITR, there is none here.........oh by the way, i am in brisbane

cheap doesn't mean good... cheap type-r's make me suspicious. too good to be true situation if you know what i mean.

JDM type rs harder to sell then ausdm.... coz its an "grey" import and very suspicious.. dats probably why cepers jdm itr is so hard to sell.

You never ever know what you gonna get wid a jdm itr. Sometimes its a good deal and sometimes its just plain dodgy.

Whenever you buy an import, always check it thoroughly to make sure its still in good shape and running well.

A vtir is still a good buy, but hey, dont just make it a "type r" wannabe. Do something you like wid it, be different.

Vtirs are great to turbo tho.. 10g ++ should get you a decent turbo conversion.
