After purchasing my dc5r with a pioneer headunit, i've decided i wanna go back to the oem headunit.

HOWEVER when i pulled out the pioneer deck i noticed that instead of splicing the harness and adding the pioneer plug, the installer has cut the oem plug completly off the harness and then added the pioneer plug.

What to do???

Honda dont sell the plug by itself and late model honda wreckers a few and far between in newcastle :( .

A rewire/reverse kit can be ordered from Scosche or the dealer. You would have to buy it with the grey plug and metal connectors. Might find one on Ebay under "reverse wire harness". Look here! (http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?sofocus=bs&sbrftog=1&from=R10&catref=C6&mppfqy=honda+radio+harness+reverse&satitle=honda+radio+harness+reverse&sacat=-1%26catref%3DC6&bs=Search&fsop=3%26fsoo%3D2&coaction=compare&copagenum=1&coentrypage=search&fgtp=&sargn=-1%26saslc%3D2&sadis=200&fpos=80962&ftrt=1&ftrv=1&saprclo=&saprchi=) Hope that helps.

You could try aerpro, most car audio stores should have it.
