i need help with removing the clutch/flywheel etc..
the engine is out..but when i try to unbolt the clutch/flywheel the keeps turning...
does anyone know how to lock the engine so i can unbolt it..

edit: its a d16a8

you need to hold the crank... its a 19mm bolt on the side... (the bolt that holds the pully in)

get the 17 or 19mm socket + a extension + a breaker bar , and place it on the crank bolt. At the end of the breaker bar handle , place a small bit of cardboard or material to stop it slipping. when you try to "crack " the flywheel and or clutch etc the crank will stay still...this might be easier with a mate holdign the other side...ot jsut hit the clutch n flywheel with a impact gun
