Fitting headphone jack to Jazz stereo

I have a Honda Jazz 05 and would like to add a headphone socket to my console via the AUX on the head unit to plug my MP3 player into... Any idea's? any DIY's?

Haha for some reason I misread this as you wanted to plug headphones into your deck so you can listen without using speakers!... and I thought- how dangerous. It's quite common to see ppl listening to music on iPods (recognise the earbuds) whilst driving!
