Hi all,
i got a question for the suspension guru's out there....
would a Set of DC2 type R suspension fit in a Civic EG 1992 - 1996?
and vise versa....

as far as i know, yes, if you are using the rear shocks from a dc2r to a eg, the eg will need lcas.

~ that is , EG6 or DC2R rear LCA's. The fronts will fit nps.

for dc2r's yes, it shouldn't be a problem, the shocks are the same type.
for dc2 vtir's, or non type r's in general, the rear shocks are the fork type instead of the round type that type r's have, so u can't in that situation

-eg6 and dc2r suspension are exchangable.
-eg and dc2 suspension are exchangable.

So fitting the dc2r suspension to the eg will not work. You require the type r lca.

depends, is he using itr/eg6 lower control arms at the rear for his setup?
if he is, then yes it will fit.
if he isn't using the itr/eg6 rear lower control arms, then it won't fit.

How would this be for handling though?

Spring rates designed for different weight/weight distributed car?

And how good are the DC2R swaybars to put into a EG6?
Worth the money, or better finding aftermarket swaybars?

look underneath ir mate car and the reaer shocks. if the are fork type (upsdie down 'Y' where they conect to the arm) then no will not fit your type r.
as for the swaybar question. if its an eg6 then i wouldnt bother with typeR swaybar. better of going for a whitline product
