Is the 1998 Hond Accord V6-L AMONGST one of Honda's best so far?

Is it fair to say that the 1998 Honda Accord V6-Luxury is amongst one of the Honda's best engineered vehicles and alike the 2006 Honda Acccord Euro is a great car to drive in on long cruises?
