Speaker size 95 Vti

Hey guys i was just wondering if anyone knows the exact size of the stocky speakers in the front doors of a 95 accord, i want to put in 16cm sized speakers, will they fit??? or will i have to modify the door?? will they fit behind the stock covers??? Also they have a mouthing depth of 61mm is that too deep??? If someone could help us out that would be great...

i think they are 6 " speakers in the doors. I replaced mine with some kenwood splits about 3 years ago that why i cant remember the exact size. You wont have to modify the door.

You will have the modify the plastic speaker cradel. All that involves is cutting off the back of the cradle with a hack saw so the speaker magnets have clearance.
