How to adjust headlight

I don't know if this question is noob enough to be here, anyway, here is my question:

Is there anyway I can adjust the headlight (make it lower) of my breeze as I've found out it's bit annoying to other drivers at night time as my headlights are high enough to see their face from their mirror clearly when I am behind them at a traffic light.
