i have a 89 ed3 civic with a 89 crx b16a vtec motor in it and wanted to know if any other honda gearbox's will bolt up to my motor.

n/a's one is for d series. you need a b series.

how much you willing to spend?

You will need a B-series cable operated clutch gearbox. You can get conversion kits to convert to hydrallic, but its probably easier to stick to a cable operated. EF civic's & CRX's came with cable operated, so did DA integra's.
