i put a deposit down on mine last week. $22000 drive away, with floor mats, tinting, chrome exhaust tip, window shields.

no other dealer would come close to that price.
i have to wait 6 - 8 weeks for delivery tho :(

how much deposit was required? I've heard the wait to be the same too... 2-3months...

So $22k is the cheapest?
That's include floor mats, tinting and window shield

I am looking for floor mats, tinting, paint and interior protection and window shield

i tried many dealers, many would not move below $23000. So its the cheapest.

The dealer wanted me to put down $1000 for a deposit, but i told them it wasnt happening, and only put down $500!

i signed the contract of sale with no condition "subject to finance" because i was paying cash, so yea pretty much locked into it

UNLS1

u have to fill out a new car contract, its a legal binding contract and u have to sign ur life away on it.

Its got the dealer u bought it from on it, then it has spaces for all ur details, then spaces for the car ur buying, then some spaces for accesories u have included in the deal, then if u have a trade in there is a space to fill out also.
then it has terms of settlement

Total purchase price:
Deposit:
Less Trade in: (if there is one)
Balance:

hope that helps

there is also a space for finance too if u want the contract to be subject to finance.

We usually dont take anyless than a $500 deposit...

hope this helps

All 06 Jazz are made in thai so they suppose to be cheaper and i can't understand why the dealers are trying to sell it for 23-24k

That might be before jazz became Made in Thailand.

That might be before jazz became Made in Thailand.

yes, dealer told me in MAY the price of all models went down by $2000.
I bought my VTIS AUTO in may for 23900 with metallic paint exclude acessories. but I added tinited window, door step garnish, centre console armrest(looks really good), floor mat, premium plate and tank of fuel. total comes to 24800. so there is no suprise if someone pick up a VTIS manual for 22000 noting difference in Auto and manual is 2000 bucks.
plus thailand Jazz also have side mirror indicator and rear led light, but for extra $2000 to get a all japanese made car , it might means something to some people.

for information only...no offence
I have been researching abit and found out paint protection not quite worth the price. fabric protection can be DIY for less $50. just get them from most auto shops and they are spray which you spray over the fabric. you can spray several coats to improve liquid resistence, but overdo it will cause "whiteness" on fabric.
as for paint protection it will not last more than few month. some info can be found here http://www.autopia-carcare.com/inf-wax.html
it is better to get someone to do the wax on regular basis than to get a paint protection. especially if you want to car to shine all the time. if you think about it, how can a thin coat of paint protection last more than several months againt sun heat, rain, bird droppin and things dropped from trees etc? the paint still oxidate, will still get stain and water marks...let alone years.
my dealer offer me $300 to do paint protection but I thought about it and still didnt want it. I noticed each waxing service you get outside can be done for 50-60 bucks and for 300 bucks means you can get someone do the wax for 2years or so if you do it once in every serveral months. it can be cheaper if you willing to spend time do waxin your self.

Hi all, i have bought 4 06 VTi-S's in the last 6 months.

i got my black manual with mats and a Jazz car cover for $22000

i bought my mum a white auto with mats for $24300

then i negotiated the deal in a blue and a yellow auto for my x wife and her parents and got each of them for $24000 each with mats.

there were trade in involved of course, so the nogitiations are always on the changeover price.

i am now thinking of selling my S2000 and getting another VTI-S for my girl, and get a new 07 model S2000 later.

my honda dealer has been good to me, but damn, i have been good to him!!
