New Mods?

Hey.
i just want to know why there has been a burst of excess moderators?
i.e. tripitaka, qball, dc2dc2dc2.
dont we need notice like last year informing members on new moderators?

if new mods were needed why werent REAL member made mod? not spammaholics

hell, i've given more useful and helpful responses then them in model/technical section

With all due respect Neil, being a mod is not all about providing technical knowledge or assistance.
I appreciate that you have a better technical background than myself (I wont speak on behalf of Tai or Bong) - however, that should not limit a member to being "mod material" or not.
A mods job is to keep the place in check by working as a team.
The information which ppl are after is provided by its members, not jst the mods.
Thats the pure purpose of a forum :)
