Thats right, the MDX will no longer be imported to Australia, once all of the current stock at honda is sold thats it! No more MDX!

Japan doesnt want it anymore so thats it!
We want it but japan has the final say!

It will still be made in canada for the acura name but just no longer converted to RHD and imported to Aus..

Just thought id let you all know.

Not suprising, Honda Aus didnt sell many at all.

Maybe when Honda release the Acura name here, they will re-introduce the MDX.

is honda releasing the acura name here?

and if they did i doubt they will bring the mdx back here as there are not going to make a handful of RHD MDX's for aus only...

After test driving one, I didn't like it at all, it rocked too much when making turns.

Hope they replace it with something bigger.

That sucks cause the MDX did help complete the honda lineup. Hmm wonder if the Acura RDX will come here then instead?

my dad got one, if you prefer the rx330, it was on his wish list too but since we have a 6 people family, we cant get the rx330 hey its still a great car the ride quality is good, engine strong, fuel comsumption i think is the best compare to the other 4wds the com in my car says 14l/100 the claimed is 12l/100km not bad since it is not flat roads 5km near where i live

not necessarily. There wont be a new model out which would normally drive the resale lower. I think the resale would be helped by not having a replacement model.

um.. u can try US ebay for normal accessories... Re to the DVD player... my family missed out on that as well.. and the only way u can get it... with relative okay prices are sourcing aftermarket unit... dat was the only way i can think of..

but man, no more MDXs!!! :thumbdwn:
