rims please explain

sup guys, i wanna buy some new rims for my new blue bubble but im
struggling to understand what all the numbers mean "15x6.5 4x100 +42" like
those for example lol i get that the size is probably in the 15" range buy
15x6.5?? can anyone explain and 4x100 i take it that, thats the stud pattern
lol and that +42 whats that?? and the whole off set thing whats that as well
how does that help you choose the correct rims i have a breeze EG whats
the off set on that??
