I like to have things nice and well lit at night =P As such i find the boot light of the Euro inadequate (I think the same of every car).
I thought about upgrading the boot light, which I'm assuming is a T10 wedge. But as EuroAccord13 noted in the past, LEDs light up the boot even less than stock (partly due to the angle of the bulb).

Would some of the 12x LED replacements suffice? Or are there any other options you guys know of?

I just want a nicely lit boot, not some over-the-top boot full of neons and bling...

I tried one of those super white triple (or double, cant remember) LED globes for the interior roof light (from Autobahn for $6 or thereabouts) - it came out so bright I didnt end up using it. Try something like that and I think you will be happy.

buy one of those 12v fluorescent lights....those work lights they sell at like repco and autobarn...

mount it somehow, and wire it to the existing light source...

Great ideas guys! Thanks, I'll defintiely give it a try.

BTW, yfin, by triple LED, do you mean those 3x LED or 6x LED lights that are on eBay and such?
Coz they're directional, do they only light up half the boot?

My friend connected a light tube to his boot and that 12 inch tube sure lit up his boot!
