Sup people, just want to know if it's ok to have a remote start on a carby engine. Have heard that it stuffs up the starter motor as the car doesn't start first go so u have to pump the pedal.
any ideas anyone???

Will be OK if your car starts first go or even second go with out pumping the gas but not if your car needs pumping when starting.

You can set the timer to hold the starter on for a different amount of time. It helps if it takes the motor "X" seconds to crank over. Also can be set up by the user/owner if you have the instruction book that comes with the unit.

grow up a bit Lloyd and follow spammers

Some people need to show bit more respect and give a this guy a simple yes no answer

Yes you can fit Auto start on carb engine but you lately run into problems with blown start motors , poor start and other thing that you can design into the auto to help it start first go

But if was me i would do for those reason blown start motors, poor starts and have to design some thing help it start first go

Save you time and money and buy a EFI car or change to efi for amount money to make it start first as you in way design a mini efi start up system
