Hey Guys just wondering if anyone else has lowered their CD5 Accord round 3" and heard a "squeeking" noise its only wen i am driving at low speeds that i can hear it??

It sounds like the top strut mounts. sounds like the rubber is squeeking on the strut or sumthin similar. and i can only hear it in the front i have tried lubing the mounts but wasnt any better.

its really bad wen im tryin to look cool cruizin the esplande and all u can hear is "squeek, squeek, squeek" lol :p

Its most likely your shockers... i got the same problem on all four and i found out that i have to replace the shocks.

could be anything from a bearing to bushes, pretty hard to diagnose over the 'net :)

my coilovers are squeeky as in the morning...I think it has something to do with them being cold...Well, i hope so anyway...

Only ever happens on a cold morning...after a while it goes away...

like sumones already said, it could be anything, if ur doing the work urself, start with easy stuff such as, make sure springs are clean andf ree from dirt, make sure bushes and spring rubbers r clean, make sure ur springs r seated properly in the strut mounts becoz if they r not they will produce a noise similar to urs.
also check bushes, if they r dry, pull them off and lub them with grease from pedders or similar.
