Interesting..... I wonder what will the safe redline will be then though..... 6800rpm?
I noticed that the rods are not of the H beam type.. why would they go for a weaker design? Weight savings?

Note that those kits aren't for the TSX (Euro) -- they're for the lower powered version with inlet valve timing only, so they're probably aiming for a torque increase.

The rods are of the 4340 steel I-Beam forged type - Much much stronger than cast H-Beam :)

Are they I-beams? Ahh.. didn't realise that as the page didn't say if they were I or H. From the pics they looked dodgely flat.

Sorry you are right - they are H-Beam rods.... I got them muddled up the I-Beam is the standard rod with the webbing on the sides... The H-Beam is the one pictured with the flat side :)
Turns out the H-Beam is not the superior design due to it's slightly reduced cross sectional area of material. The design also suffers from pooling oil in the corners of the gaps and causes extra drag on the rod due to windage and frothing of the oil in the sump. The I-Beam doesn't suffer these problems cause the webbing isn't as pronounced and is in a different plane to the rotation of the crank.
Only reason the H-Beam is more popular is because in the earlier days they were easier to forge and cheaper - Thats why traditionally more engine builders used H-Beams - Go figure!!
