car paint is acrylic paint, i think dulux only does the water and wax based paints for houses. dont think there is such thing as a paint company that manufactures the paint.

if you want to respray your car you are going to have to find your paint code, you can probably find it under the bonnet up near the end under the windscreen there should be a metal plate containing the cars infomation. on the plate it should say paint or some abreviation of it, thats where you get the paintcode. if it is not there you should try opening the doors of your car and on the frame of where the door was it should have a sticker containing the infomation. do not use this paintcode if your car has custom paint (if you changed the colour of car from the original colour), in this case your gg unless you can find the paint code for the custom one
to get the paint your going to have to find a paint shop specialised in auto paints but i think places like autobarn do it aswell now

I already know the paint code and know that my car is factory painted besides if it was repainted a custom colour it wouldn't be an issue as I know the process to respray it. I was after a list of manufacturers of that particular paint more than anything else. I know that the paint can be mixed these days to match the exact colour. However my car being a satin silver is harder to match. Btw the paint code for most ITR I believe is on the front passenger suspension hub with your vin details and all.

I'm going to make a couple of calls tomorrow to places like International paints and metalux hopefully they will be able to help me.

Would anyone know the variant number for NH623M for the DC5 integras? I got a supplier but he said there are like 15 different types. I want to keep the colour the same possible so I don't have worry bout door jams and stuff.
