hey people
i'm tossing up between these 2 tyres.
i've searched with no results.

i want to know who has had experience with these tyres before, and comments on them would be nice.

the dunlops are about $350 a tyre and the goodyears are $270 a tyre.
my friend has said that the good year revspecs are a much better tyre.

both i've been told handle great, in dry and wet.
but i want to get some pro's and cons.
cheers.
=)

i have goodyears on my other car(modifyed Mazda astina) the only reason i got them was because i got them for $250a tyre fitted when they just came out.

the grip level is resonable, but dry handeling is what lets them down, they are very squrmy, the tyres i had before these were awesome(Kumho KU-15) the goodyears slide alot, and understeer quite a bit more than the kumhos, they are very progressice when they break traction. The only place where the goodyears were better than the kumhos or even the bridgestones Re040s i before was in the wet.

these tyres my be suitable for mild sprited driving, with minor suspension mods(the astina had the full works coilovers, swaybars, strut braces)
