Hey Guys

Wondering if anyone have used these coilovers on a civic before? firstly are they height and damper adjustable? and does anyone know the spring rates?
would the be suitable for street and track driving? what would be a resonable price for a set of these second hand?

Does anyone have and feedback about these? pro, cons etc etc....

Thanks in advance

ps. What do the spring rates stand for and how do the figures (eg 9kg for front and 6kg for rear ) actually relate for reality and what is ideal for different situations... does that make sense?

Comp-S are only height adjustable. My friend has these on his civic and they are pretty good for an entry level, nice and firm ride.

Spring rate reffers to the spring constant. It tells you how much weight is required to compress the spring 1mm.

So 6KG means you need 6KG to compress the spring 1mm. So the higher the number the stiffer the spring.
