If i have a Rear Sway bar and Tie Bar to suit my EG, will these bars still fit if i put in the EK LCA to suit the coilovers?

yes...

i know this for a fact that i know someone has whiteline rear sway + tie installed on EG... and later on he put EK LCA... and the sway + tie still there... and he didnt get new parts

so i m pretty sure they ll still fit...

|N| answered ur question, look up.

further searching,
EG and EK rear LCAs are different length, not compatible.
It fits in the front not in the rear.

yep don't know what some of you boys are talking about. But as above, in short NO EK4 coilovers are no good for eg's. Yes the front will fit but what good is that? As jdm kid said, you can't put EK4 LCA's on an EG.

But if you really wanted to, you can shave the bushings on your EG LCA's to make it fit.

but why would u need to shave bushes on the EG LCA's if the rear EK sussy are forks?

dude .... serzly just buy blardy EG sedan coilovers ! its gunna save u money and less work to install them.
who knows if the info above is all correct !
im pretty sure the EK rear LCA's are much much bigger than the EG LCA, so there fore ur gunna be there forever shaving the EG LCA's, and the risk of the LCA breaking up. FMD serzzly. ..

fronts = use EG forks. Easy.
Rear = shave stock EG LCA bushes to fit the EK rear forks.
Do not use the EK4 LCA's on a EG as they are different dimensions are will put your rear alignement settigns out of whack and no doubt unbalance the car.

i know but i have the option of getting some cusco Ek coilovers for a very resonable price

bennjamin

then get them. Its quite abit of effort to shave the rear bush down tho...
IMO just get either EG6 or DC2R coilovers to suit your car.
