What's involved in a lubrication service, other than oil+filter change?

Grease change? If so, what needs to be greased, which grease do you use and how do you do it?

What else is involved in a minor service?

Mmmm lube service :D

I think maybe timing belt aswell? Mine needs a lube up coz it squeels whenever I start the car up.

The squeal comes from the accessory belt. The timing belt is a toothed belt and should NEVER slip. If it does, then good luck with your engine. :)

What's the accessory belt? I'm sick of it.

The timing belt was replaced so she's all good.

It's what connects your alternator, power steering and A/C to your engine. Look at the engine bay, it's somewhere on the right side. You can see the belts, they are exposed, unlike the timing belt which is covered (unless you took the cover off).
