Indash DVD into EK

I want to get one of those indash DVD players for my EK, but I noticed that the din location is set back into the dash a little.
Just wondering if the screen is extended will there be enough clearance.

any Ek owners have one of these in their car and can shed some light?

Some models allow for the screen to be extended out to give some clearence.

shouldn't be a problem..
most dvd players come out enough to clear it..

which model are you looking at ?

as i know the pioneer models/kenwood will definitely clear it..

Alpine ones are fine too... Had one in my car b4

Just watch the A/C vents on the back of the screen, as sometimes in cooling mode the screen will condense up (any car and any screen will do it if the screen covers the vents).
