CL7 vs CL9

This may be a silly question, but which model accord is CL7 and which is CL9?

Australia's Accord Euro is the CL9.
USA's TSX is also the CL9.
In Europe, the Accord is the CL9.
In Japan, the 2.4L Accord sedan is the CL9. The 2.0L Accord EuroR is the CL7.
