How good do these flow compared to an aftermarket stainless mesh 3" cat?

And, what is a ball figure price they would go for?

from memory s2k cat's cost an absolute bucketload. i know of someone with an s2k that needed a new cat and o2 sensor and it set him back $2400

ive read of one incident, they took their stock cat to be hi-flowed, and were told that it flows better than any cat they could make. They then made a new hi-flow cat based on the s2k cat.

Brand new they're about $1800-1900 and $1200 if u can get it cost price. I needed one to replace the custom bullshit exhaust my car came with. Found a JDM cat from hondwreck for $400 perfect condition.

If ure gonna use a cat it would be useless to ge aftermarket compared to s2k OEM (IMO and experience)

I was just thinking of using a S2000 cat instead of buying a new high flow one

I was hoping they would be reasonably cheap (considering 2nd hand stock cat)

$400 bucks compared to $1900 seems cheap enough to me. And u wont throw a CEL

WhiteAP1, you wouldn't happen to have a picture of the internal of the s2000 cat, or just a picture in general? I know they have a metal substrate and I'd like to compare it to the internal of the Accord EuroR (CL7) cat that I've had fitted to my car (also metal substrate).

I can post a picture of mine if anyones interested, but I'm kinda curious about the differences
