Hi there people, Could Altin and any of the others who PM'ed me about ecu options for the Euro please contact me again?

I have finalised an ECU option without the need to splice wires etc, and is fully reversible, and can be tuned at any location you so desire.

If anyone else might be interested in fitting the ecu, I would be keen to use their car as a testing pad. Hope i havent broken any rules posting this, but I have lost the list of people who were looking at ecu upgrades. If any euro mods see thsi and find it innappropriate, could they please pm me about what they see is wrong and ill glady alter what needs to.

Pornstar, perhaps if you tell us simply the technical aspects as members obviously have some interest in the technical side of things. How it works in terms of drive by wire, VTC, etc.

Once you have completed the product you can advertise in your signature only. Otherwise you need to become a trader.

ps - I am raising this thread and my response with the other moderators to discuss. If the consensus is my approach is not the right one, my apologies.

The thread is approved, and the mods have allowed me to do so, I am in the middle of finishing the write up. Its alot of information, as you can appreciate, a product that can rival motec and autronic is something that is going to be fairly comprehensive. Please bear with me.

ok guys, got a question for you guys, do you guys understand the DBW system and the VTC system in regard to the euro engine, or would the information i release need to detail some of the more basics about these systems?

Always better to have more good concise information than none.
That way, people can have a) more understanding b) sound more intelligent when they brag about the product they've just bought.

i think most euro owners that frequent these forums would be familiar to the DBW and VTC system, but there are still a few noobies out there so i personally think its best if the basics were covered too so that everyone has a chance to understand it in its entireity

The real world testing is being finalised now. Im getting Mugen/BTCC finalising options that would be released with the product.

The answer will be released by Monday 21st August at the latest, but we hope to have this finalised by Monday 14th August.

If your considering an ecu upgrade, this package will be your answer.

Cmon Andy, I let you keep this thread going on the basis that there would be some technical information posted - not a sales pitch.

Post up something please, even if it is not the full story. Testing is fine but it would be good to get some basics for now - eg confirming that this ECU should retain the VSA and drive by wire, and of course the dash still works would be a good start.

sorry yfin,

Im unable to comment further on this until the specifics are confirmed.

Feel free to delete this thread if its against the agendas. And ill ask those interested to just pm me

Ok, I must be confused as your original post almost 2 weeks ago said you have finalised an ECU option.

As discussed on PM - you were going to post up some technical info - otherwise this thread just looks like a commercial post. Once you have something let me know.

Until then I am closing this. I am also concerned that you are getting people very excited over what could be nothing.
