EK and EM use same suspension?

Yes. Exactly the same.

Benjamin is correct, they are the same.
You will find that nearly all the suspension from Japan will not list for EMs or EJs as they were built over in the US.

so even all arms (upper, lower, comp, control) are the same setting?

i dont know about EM but i think the EJ has EG front LCAs and ek4 and ek9 swaybars wont mount onto them without getting ek4 front LCAs

no , you are correct :) I was looking at DC2R shocks on a silyl site and got it confused :(

yep that's spot on. EJ8 are a weird mix, Front LCA and Endlinks on the sway are like the ones from DC/EG. EM1 is the same as EK4.
