installing a sunroof...

stupid question but i just need an answer to the thought in my head.

ok say i got the parts (the actual glass, frame and electronic parts off a wrecked integra) would it be worth paying to get it installed into an integra which doesnt have a sunroof. also does anyone know roughly how much it would cost? im thinkin it would be alot.. but watever.. just a thought i had

for a decent ones... installed (parts+labour ) is around 1.5-2k

but i would suggewst getting pros to do it... coz if u chopped it wrong.. there is no going back

yeahh thats wats puttin me off payin for a complete package done by pro's.. im thinkin of just gettin the parts and gettin pro's to install it for me. im just wondering if the labor cost would be worth it to do that

i reckoin just get a place to supply and fit for u ... so they can give u warrenty .. incase sth goes wrong u can chase someone up

na this aint for my dc4. i sold it and im bout to buy another integra without a sunroof

For the DC4 it was an option I believe.

Are you in melb?

if you compare parts to labour....labour is the most expensive..cos they have to saw your roof and all that

I guess its up to you - most places should have a warranty of some sort tho.
