Car idle seems to stall after a good thrash.

hey pplz i tried searching but came up with nothing so heres my dilemma.
i notice yesterday and 2day when i thrash the car then coming to a stop the car idle starts to choke around 700-100rpm and car stalls.
its been doin this everytime i giv it a hard time.
does any1 know whats causing the problem?

Sounds like the Throttle Body may just need cleaning.

Give the IACV a clean as well.

hmmm mines is kinda the opposite, hard thrashing gives its higher idle between 1k-1.5k.

could be the EACV that needs to be cleaned.

do Hondas have an AICV?? that thing getting stuck is like having a vac leak. its common on cars that have them.

Yeah honda's have an IACV/EACV for warm idle control.
U just need to spray the IACV filter with carby cleaner to remove the black gunk.
And for the D Series, you need to screw in the FITV valve thing, and maybe clean off the coolant deposits that may be clogging the FITV.
