need help with my head unit

hey, im having difficulties with the wire harness adaptor, like with all after market head units you always havta rewire the adaptor but I’m not sure which colour wire goes where and what is (brake 12v and back sight 12v)?
Can someone tell my on the dc5r what colour wire is what
