hi everyone, just wondering if anyone has any experience changing their thermostat? i have a vtir and it seems to be running cool when the rpm's get up to 5000+ or when coasting. still manage to get up near 1/2 way when sitting in traffic though. im guessing the thermo just isnt closing all the way and is ready to be replaced. it seems quite easy, just undo two bolts and remove. does anyone have experience and know if i really need to drain the coolant before doing this, or will it all come rushing out if i dont drain before hand? any other tips would be appreciated. did you use oem honda, or aftermarket from a parts store?
cheers.
