(em1) urgent suspension question/brakes/oil

hi
i am trying to organise springs for my em1 before thursday when my cars booked in already( iam hopefull )
i am looking to get "tein s tech springs" as most ppl seem happy with them on there cars. please correct me if i am wrong (and no i cant afford coil overs!)
i contacted my local tein dealer and he says he cant find a listing for honda EM1, however will EK fit my car? and can anyone 100% confirm
also would anyone have the part number so that i can be 100% sure i get the right part.
the guy also said he has these spring in a medium and soft, now as i do alot of inner city driving (tram tracks) would medium still be a nice ride as it is at the momento
also why i have your attention i am getting it serviced what oil do you guys recommend??
and brake pads???? (preferably something not too dusy as i had the bendix performance on my last car and i was for ever cleaning the rims)

i was tempted for those but if you go to tein site, apparently as u guys stated i need ek4 the part number doesnt match his other wise i would be intrested

cause to buy second hand you need to be 100% sure

okay yup i have it sorted now thanks guys,now just one other prob so eibach pro kit has come into the picture which would u guys recommend s tech or eibach pro kit????
and also the brakes and oil question

i called the supplier today and he said the part no. off the tein site i think ska....
doesnt match what he has there as he says that is off the us site and the get theres off the japanese
he has a set for a ek4 will these fit my car??

yeah im 99.99999..% positive EM1 use the same sussy as EK4.. someone else can confirm though!

well with all my confussion i decided to buy a set of eibach pro kit instead as this will still give me good clearance over speed humps etc and plus iam on stock shocks and been advised these are much more friendly with stock shocks:)
as for the oil i have done research and genuine honda oil is a 10w-30 can i use any 10w-30 full synthetic oil, prob will be cheaper
