maybe your release bearing?

input shaft bearing/s or release bearing...strange its occuring in a 1 yr old car.
Take it back to the dealer for warranty reasons ASAP.

you gotta drop the geabox, it's practically lies in the middle of the pressure plate.

hey guys

i went today

and the guy rekons its nothing, just the sound of the gears turning

im like zomg, no way, i know my car more than myself and ive never heard that b4

at first he was like it cood be a thrust bearing, and i was shitting my self, then he brought a honda mechanic and the guy insisted its normal and i must not have heard it b4

-_- he brought a manual CRV and showed me that it makes the same noise, and it did, now im satisfied, i still think the noise was never there, lol, im glad it was nothing major

Sounds exactly like what I just got fixed. I ended up replacing the gearbox. Mind you my car is 10 years old now, so it's very odd that your car would be doing it at ~1year.

It'd be a warranty job, IMO. Good to see you've got it booked in to get checked.

hmm, i chek the fluid levels every now and then, ive read the manual and everything seems fine

my dad used to be a mechanic and insists that its normal and that im just being a nube because ive never noticed it b4

if the trans fluid is low, therd prob be alot more whirring and crunching going on, and the gear shifts woodnt be as smooth, theyd prob feel more ruff and forced

ive already been down to honda for a chek up, as mentioned above he brought me a crv to try and it made exactly the same noise, i just dont like it because im sure ive never heard the noise b4

BUT, my 20k kmz service is due in soon, and ill make sure they have a closer look at it, coz if something is rong ill be pissed, I WISH im just being a noob, i wish they are rite and im rong, ill be very glad if im rong, this means nothing is rong with my car, lol
