GSR CAI into a VTI-R?

I was just wondering if a CAI from a Integra GSR can fit into my 94 VTI-R. I've been trying to research this but haven't been able to find a thing because my cousin in California said he has a CAI that he doesnt need and will send it over to me. Hope you guys can help. Thanks in advance.
