as title states.

just wondering about fitment.. since others have told me that when they have fitted a similar front strutbars onto their civics (ITR strut on EG) there holes have been predrilled for a strut bar of that sort.

and ive been told that i will need to drill holes to fit the bar since my engine bay does not have the holes predrille only becos the em1/ek4 strut does not have a bracket

sorry i dont have a pic. but im sure u guys would know what im talking about.
if not i'll try n get some photos

cheers,
kev

yes you need to drill holes in your chassis.

it's just a thin plate of steel, that's covering the holes, not quite the chassis.
just start drillin

there should be the holes or atleast the "marks" in the chassis there already
- pretty easy to drill.

be sure to use high tensile steel bolts.

MEASURE TWICE, CUT/DRILL ONCE

mark out the holes and drill one side.. then insert the bolts and mark/drill the other end with bar semi-attached..

EJ8 doesn't have

only cars built in Japan have them pre pressed in.
