depending on what header you got on the car at the moment, but compared to the stock header of the ek4, the ctr header are better

no gains. just waste of money and time.

spend 600bux and get JDM ITR 4-1 SS headers. best oem honda headers.

after you get it for free, it's gonna cost you money to fit it cause the collector is too big for your cat.

Aussie ITR is not the same as CTR. Aussie ITR is SS top half and still small collector. CTR is full cast with big collector.

If your looking for performance upgrade from the standard b16a2 headers, you wont get much. Not only the cost of the header, the install, but you will need to modify your cat (if your using stock exhuast) as the CTR headers have a much larger collector (2.5" from memory, dont quote me). It will all add up and IMO the costs far out way the benefits. If your going to be buying and installing headers and modifying your exhuast system, save a little more and buy some better headers. As z3lba mentioned, the JDM 4-1 are a quality header and they are OEM. One of the if not the best B-series Bang for buck headers IMO.

hrmm if my exhaust system is already 2.5" with a highflow cat with a 2.5" in it can i expect any gains from a CTR header?

Well it would reduce the bottle neck that would be occuring if your running standard headers with 2.5", however saying that, if your running a b16(a or b), and you have a 2.5" exhuast and cat, your not doing yourself any favours there.
Unless its for track use and bottom end means nothing to you, i recommend staying away from a 2.5" catback, especially if its mandrel bent.
