Radio from 96 Accord into 98 Civic

Sorry if this has been asked before, I couldn't find anything in a search.

I am selling my Head unit + stacker from my '96 Accord to a workmate of mine who drives a '98 Civic.

Is there any compatibility issues that he needs to be aware of, or is there any specific parts that he would need to obtain, either from myself or otherwise?

If it comes down to it, will he have any issues if he wishes to fit ONLY the head unit?

wiring plug from your car will be different to his car, you can get plugs from memory which are supplied by TDJ to authorised retailers so you dont have to cut your plug out of your car...
