Philips for halogen globes. Whiteline for suspension - economical and excellent quality. Just my opinion. Others will differ. Look in the for sale section too. maybe someone has something?

1) is ur euro lux or standard? either way, phillips are good
2) sounds reasonably new - so change springs. eibach prokit. Shocks will die eventually, so maybe might wanna do the whole lot in one go (i.e. shocks/spring combo OR coilover)
3) SEARCH for euro ipod. been covered too many times
4) eBay. OEM + aftermarket available. Traders. Don't bother imo with a bodykit. just a OEM lip kit.

Just get HID conversion for about $300 and DIY. Phillips halogen bulbs are just regular coated bulbs. As long as the watts are the same, the brightness will remain unchanged. Of course you can change them to 110 Watts from the factory 55 watts, but your cables wont be able to handle the current and could melt. Getting HID is a low cost option nowadays. U get approx 2.5 times brighter lights, lower wattages (35W vs 55). And the cool white bluish beam you wanted.

Euro IPOD, if your car is 03/04/05, get the thing called BlitzSafe for Accord. Price is about US60, DIY is quick and easy.
Lower the car: u have low/medium/high cost setups. low cost is cutting the spring (not recommended), medium means buying aftermarket springs, high is changing to coilovers. The medium cost should be about $300-500, and $1000-$1500 for the high cost. Coilovers gives you ability to custom height, custom damping, and you can always sell them so they are very worth the investment. Medium should be avoided as you will wear out the shocks faster, which leads to crap ride and handling.
Body kits: I have no idea

1) which bulbs u talkin about? interior? or exterior? for halogens, i recommend crystal vision 4300K as diamond vision 5000K are too "blue" and dont give off that much useable light. parker lights to prob BI Polarg or ENON white bulbs. Interior lights i changed mine to white LED's from the standard stock yellow light emitting bulbs
2) to lower it in wat sense? for looks only or for practicality? for looks, springs would suffice but be warned as the life durability of ur shocks will diminish quicker. for practicality and for the sensible human being, a shock/spring upgrade would be better....also, coilovers. (covered a lot of times. search it up)
3) IceLink Plus by Dension would suffice. also check out SNHOND3 (search it up)
4) bodykit, there are numerous places. depends on what you want
- OEM genuine = honda dealer
- Euro R = search up on the traders section
- Kenstyle genuine = in traders section, look under BT-REVOLUTION
- 03-05 Mugen Replica bodykit = Carquest in Perth
- 03-05 Mugen front lip addon to the existing OEM front bar = in traders section, look under DRIVEN
- Luckystar = Sinex
- JP Vizage = pm Genk-Jomblo
