Ek and Ej Gear boxes

just wondering if a gear box from a Ej Vti Coupe is a straight bolt on to a Ek Vti Sedan? and would the mounts be different aswell? considering that they both have the same trans. code S40 - ******* also, why is it bad to machine a honda flywheel?

the engine code of the coupe is D16Y8 and the sedan is D16Y5

some one please shed some light on this...
