Hey guys, was driving along the freeway today when a small rock hit the top driver side of the windscreen. It left a 15cm horizontal crack!
Just got the euro for under a year, can i take it back to honda and get them to fix? Its their fault that it cracked as the car seals were probably not done properly as the car is still quite new.
Any advise would be aprreciated.

No honda wont cover physical damage, its more of an insurance thing. Your insurance company will fix it up, and some do it for free (no excess) for the first windscreen if I remember correctly (check your insurance contract).
If you take it to a dealer, I'm pretty sure they will charge you for the new screen.

My crack was similar to yours, but mine went from 1cm to 25cm overnight LOL!
Unless your insurance cover had windscreen protection cover, then go Honda... If not..... Here's a rundown of the pricing for the Euro Windscreen....
Honda replacement = $800
Windscreen O'Brien = <300
You do the math..

It's not Honda's fault that a rock hit your windscreen.
Insurance job...

O'Brien is good. If you took up the windscreen cover with your insurance, you can get them to replace it without paying excess nor losing your NCB.

Does obrien use original honda windscreens or do they manufacturer their own and put the black dots on the top etc. like the OEM ones?

Can they put the rain sensor in proper place considering his euro is luxury model?

They don't manufacture their own. But so far they've used Pilkongton branded ones. Remember to tell them that your car is the Lux with the rain sensor, so that they can get the appropriate windscreen.
BTW, if you have windscreen cover, just get a honda windscreen replacement if possible.
