Mud Flaps (Now closed - covered before)

Guys, i have an accord euro, and i've decided i need mudflaps.

Was this an option factory? Can i get honda to fit them now? Anyone have a rough price range to get them fitted?

Alternatively, how much would the parts be if I were to DIY?
