Ive got the opportunity to buy a TD05-18g,manifold,dump pipe and oil lines for B series. I dont have the biggest budget..say $6000 after i bought this. What are your thoughts-advice on a jdm b16a2 with stock internals(for now) with this turbo??

its been done a million times. boost her, no problems, just get a good tune and keep within the known limits of ur engine.

I wouldnt buy a second hand turbo unless u have the recipts of it just being rebuilt. Factor in other parts that are missing from the kit. These include injectors, nuts and bolts, piping, intercooler, silicon connectors, oil lines (high pressure, low pressure) oil flange for ur oil pan, BOV and ECU/FMU.

Yer i know it adds up quick! Owner wont budge on price wanting too much for the set up $1650 second hand. Think ill wait a while.

Ive got a jdm d15b vtec..its not my project engine though! cars going off the road next month til i can locate B series.
