anyone install alarm by themself(DIY)? is it hard?:confused:
as i got a new alarm.. try to install by myself! can anyone teach / show me how to install it!

i did mine, with remote start, and auto windows closer on Accord CD5.

but i would recommend you better spend $100~$150 and get it professionaly installed.

too much hassle to find right cabels and after that as a first timer, could not do it neatl :(

Seriously not worth the risk/hassle.
There are several parts to installing an alarm/immobilising unit,
If you dont know how to install one, of all things to go cheap on, DONT go cheap on the security of ur own car.
Pay the additional bit of money, and ensure that you're cars security system has been installed properly.

The only reason I would reccomend doing it yourself, is if you plan to do a completely stealth install.

Most pro's don't take the time and effort to properly hide an alarm.
