Car is going into Hanny's Performance tomorrow to have another D16A8 dropped in since i fked mine through my own stupidity ;)

Hopefully it is back out of the shop before or on friday so i can attend the Sydney Civic Meet :P Me, Ben and Wyn will show you's all what Si's are made of :D:D:D:D:D

Costing me about $1500, so not too bad.

i've dropped it at the shop now ;)

he said he can rebuild it or put a new engine in, and i told him to do whatever will be stongest and cope with revving out high :P

he goes "this not race car, you treat it good, be careful" :D so i said "just make it strong ;)" gave him a wink lol. Then i go, "oh also i have a sway bar in the back seat, could you chuck it on if you have time? i have the mounts and everything" so they are putting that on while they are at it too. :D

lol he's a funny guy lol. my car is running RICH as hell, and when the other guy [peter or something] was revving it and he saw it, he was like "WAH" lol. Exhaust set off about 2 alarms across the road while they were checking it out :)

you could buy a new engine and have it dropped in EASY for that much ... with plenty of change to spare

i can pick up a D16A8 [whole long engine] for like 1k tops in decent condition ...

your D16Y would either be about the same ... if not slightly cheaper.

call a honda wreckers and they should be able to help you
