PROBLEM - EURO Comptech short shift

Hi

Has anyone fitted a comptech short shift?

I just put my ones in today, seems the short shift (plastic bushing) is touching the floor(carpet) & the two screws not able to tight to the shift lever porperly. And this makes the very hard to shift.

Is this normal or I fitted wrong????

Can anyone help me? Thanks

You have fitted it wrong it is not on the shaft properly. Take out the grub screws and try and mount it correctly as per the instructions. I fitted it like you the first time I have to take it out and redo it like you.
